My hand surgeon can cure things – my carpal tunnel symptoms have disappeared since the surgery – unlike psychiatrists who can barely cure anything. If only we could treat anxiety and depression as easily.

Brushing your teeth is not as important as flossing your teeth and anybody in any society between the age of 50 and 65 is always at risk in the employment field
Flossing is very important, I agree. And 50 sec of brushing is not enough.
Well it’s very depressing to think people are not open to employing experienced, mature workers. I understand they want someone who will work 25 years but very few people work at the same place that long these days anyways. I would love to get back to Israel and contribute to research- there is so much going on in Alzheimer’s, etc. It’s sad that I will be stuck back in private practice writing prescriptions all day…
I have learned that I have to turn off CNN. I have learned that good sleep is amazing and that a daily meditation practice can give me that good sleep.
agree with all of the above. Good sleep can be elusive to some of us but it makes a huge difference.
