You know how I feel about gifts.  I want to get rid of stuff. We all should be Döstädning.

However, if you’re the one doing the shopping, I would recommend seeking advice from someone you trust. Someone like me, for instance. I have a few gift ideas —things I personally own. They’re reliable, gender-neutral (obviously), and perfect for travel. Just so you know, I don’t get any kickbacks from these suggestions. ????

This is by far my favorite purchase this year, made by a small company in Ireland. I debated when I tried it on until the cashier pointed out the black sheep. That detail made it an instant favorite.

I do not feed the birds because they need me. I feed the birds because I need them. These bird feeders bring a microcosm of nature right outside the window. Gifted to my mother-in-law, it seemed seemed to add years to her life. Hang it high, so it doesn’t attract coyotes. The most important thing is to hang it in a spot where you can see it.

WIND CHIMES

Corinthian bell chimes produce a gentle yet magnificent sound. Gifting these creates lasting memories and a connection whenever they resonate.
